We host personal 1 on 1 training sessions (webinars) to assist clients with the install and use of the latest accounting software. We can perform systems diagnostic and maintenance tests to ensure that your computers are running efficiently and effectively. We can provide online assistance to run program updates, for example Sage Line 50 and Quickpay updates. Allows for the fast transfer of data between client and ourselves, therefore removing the data size limits set by email providers. Enables us to provide live support on general computer issues


Unattended support sessions available - therefore we can control client's PC's when they are not there, removing the need to waste client's valuable time. Provides time & cost savings to both client and ourselves, therefore increasing efficiencies

Security

The security of your highly sensitive and personal information is always our number one priority. Our remote support tool is no different. By using randomly generated 9 Digit Support Keys no two support sessions are ever the same. Also the support session must be started by the client therefore you are always aware when we are working on your machine.

When using remote support sessions the client has the ability to mirror our session so we are never working on or accessing anything that you don't want us to see. The client also maintains the full use of their own keyboard and mouse so that we can work together on the same machine to achieve the desired results. Again client confidentially and control is top of our agenda.
